Production infrastructure for Kamchore, an enterprise agentic platform on FastAPI, MongoDB Atlas and Azure SQL with 40+ MCP servers.
- Led the migration from a single-tenant application to a multi-tenant, model-agnostic platform.
- Found an async and sync blocking issue in the FastAPI backend and cut response times from 5 s to 500 ms. Tuned Gunicorn and Uvicorn workers under a 40-second startup limit, and used Locust load tests to find tail latency, broken endpoints and oversized responses.
- Traced an AWS S3 cost spike to versioning bloat: 4.2 TB hidden in noncurrent object versions. Resolved it.
- Designed the observability stack with OpenTelemetry, Jaeger, Prometheus and Grafana.
- Built an admin console with a conversations dashboard showing cost and latency per MCP server, on an LLM cost attribution system made of MongoDB aggregation pipelines.
- Modeled infrastructure cost across S3, Azure SQL, MongoDB Atlas and LLM providers to validate per-user economics and set pricing before launch.
- Prepared the platform for a CASA Tier 2 security assessment: SAST with Bandit, Semgrep and Trivy, DAST with OWASP ZAP, and Google OAuth verification.
- Built the LLM routing layer across OpenRouter, Gemini and LM Studio with prompt caching, and planned VRAM capacity for local model hosting.
- Ran infrastructure audits across AWS and Azure, and set up OpenVPN for the office on a FortiGate-40F and an Ubuntu server.
